[It's a cold, overcast day when Richard steps outside the house this morning, but that doesn't deter him one bit from the errands he has planned for today, even if it does cause him to duck back inside for a scarf first. It doesn't matter how much he hates the cold; today is important, so he can't wait for it to get warmer.
His first stop is the item store in search of the perfect gift. He'll probably linger around this store for the longest, because he wants to find just the right thing. After that, he'll head over to All Passions, where he makes a beeline towards the suits.
Finally, he heads to the bakery to grab a cake. This stop on his little shopping trip requires the most self-control... or not, as he'll probably end up emerging with a few more things than just a cake. Oh well, his housemates will eat them, right?
Once all of this is accomplished, he heads back to House 28, looking both very pleased with himself and just a little bit mischievous too.
He can be found in any of these locations or on the journey between them. Feel free to stop him and say hi or ask what he's up to!]

So in other words, this magic tree acts like a teleporter of sorts?
[He knows about those-- the Amarcian ruins are full of them.]
no subject
Yeah it did. I'm just wondering if there are more out there.
no subject
You know, I don't think anyone here has searched for anything like that before.
no subject
[That's actually kind of surprising.]

[Dragging you into one of his Operations, Richard? Why yes he is.]

[As Henry will also learn, Richard has the maturity level of a young boy at times and loves doing things like that.]
And I trust you know just what to look for.
no subject
[Well, than everything is good.]
Well, sort of. But the Blue fairy had said back in Storybrooke we needed fairy dust to find a tree like that. But, maybe we won't need it here.
[Because surely someone had to have magic to look for a tree like that.]

Maybe we will though.

[They're nearing the house now, probably a good thing for both of their arms at this point.]

[Henry could keep going for another few miles...seriously...okay no. He'll go up and open the door though so they can go and drop the stuff in.]

[He sets the bags down on the couch, glancing around the house to see if anyone is at home. Asbel and Cheria seem to be out, probably with Sophie, and the various sounds from Pascal's room seem to indicate that she's busy with another invention or something similar. Looks like things are pretty quiet today.]
In fact, I'd say that deserves some cookies and hot chocolate as thanks. What do you say to that?
no subject
[Henry's not sure if he should ask about those sounds. They seem a little intimidating. But the offer of cookies and hot chocolate? How can he resist?]
Yeah, I'd really like that.
no subject
All right, then let's go see what we have in the kitchen. I think Cheria baked some cookies just the other day...
[It's just a few steps over to the kitchen area, where Richard sets about searching through the cupboards.]
no subject
Will she be okay if we have some?
[Because while the idea of cookies is great he doesn't want to eat someone's stuff if they doesn't know about it.]
no subject
[He gets down some cocoa powder and sugar, setting it on the counter top before reaching into the fridge for the milk.]
no subject
[He just ants to make sure it's fine first because they'll all be gone when he's done. However, he has one serious question about the hot chocolate.]
Do you have any cinnamon?
no subject
[He blinks, then opens up a cabinet and rummages around in it, at last emerging triumphant with a small bottle in his had.]
Ha! I knew we had some somewhere. For the hot chocolate, I assume?
