[Voice/Action] (backdated to Christmas morning)

[There are the sounds of a somewhat muffled conversation in the background before Richard picks up the journal to address it, a clear undercurrent of happiness and slight excitement to his voice.]

So this is what they refer to on Earth as a "white Christmas." I've read that this sort of Christmas is the best kind to have despite the weather... what do all of you think? Do you prefer the snow, or would you like a sunny day?

[He'll be sitting on the couch sipping a cup of tea while he waits for answers-- and his housemates, because IT'S CHRISTMAS AND HE IS EXCITED due to not having this holiday in his world. Might as well enjoy it while he's here, right?]

[Richard feels Naoki hit that peak and pulls him into another kiss, lips parting invitingly for him, wanting to convey as much love through this gesture as he can. Because as good as this feels, part of that is due to the fact that he loves Naoki, and he wants to show him that in any way possible. The hand on the back of his neck slips around to cup the other's cheek and stroke the skin lightly with his thumb, a smile spreading across his lips in the kiss.]

[Naoki moans into the kiss, slipping his tongue into Richard's mouth, his hand lifting to cup Richard's cheek in return, his eyes closed in bliss. He turns his face into that hand as residual shivers of pleasure wrack his body, skin feeling hot. Eventually that hand on his cheek shifts, sliding up and through his hair.]

Mm...

[Richard's tongue presses forward to meet Naoki's and tangle with it, content to just kiss this way for several moments. But at last he needs to pull away for air, separating their lips just enough to breathe out three soft words against them:]

I love you.

[Naoki smiles softly as Richard pulls away, slightly out of breath, and his eyes half-closed. His hand trails through the other's hair, toying with it gently.]

I love you too.

[Now Richard is the one letting out a sound that resembles a purr, eyes sliding shut and just leaning his head into that hand.]

... I love you more.

[Why yes, that is a mischievous smile on his face.]

[Naoki can't bite back a laugh at that as he runs his fingers repeatedly through Richard's hair, fingers massaging a little along his scalp.]

I don't know about that...

[Taking note of that smile, yup.]

[He has to stifle a moan at that massaging... okay, NOW you are cheating, sir.]

[Unintentional cheating! Maybe. Who knows, with Naoki. Either way, he's keeping up that idle massaging.]

I think it'd be a pretty close competition, for who loves who more...

But I have no intention of losing, either way.

[He moves one hand over Naoki's to run his fingers over the ring there, just enjoying feeling its presence on his hand.]

[He smiles widely as he feels that touch by the ring he never takes off and leans forward, pressing their foreheads together affectionately.]

[... which of course means that Richard is just going to have to take this opportunity for another kiss. Not that he expects Naoki to protest at all.]

[Of course he does. And he's totally not smirking a little in the kiss, either.]
