[Voice/Action] (backdated to Christmas morning)

[There are the sounds of a somewhat muffled conversation in the background before Richard picks up the journal to address it, a clear undercurrent of happiness and slight excitement to his voice.]

So this is what they refer to on Earth as a "white Christmas." I've read that this sort of Christmas is the best kind to have despite the weather... what do all of you think? Do you prefer the snow, or would you like a sunny day?

[He'll be sitting on the couch sipping a cup of tea while he waits for answers-- and his housemates, because IT'S CHRISTMAS AND HE IS EXCITED due to not having this holiday in his world. Might as well enjoy it while he's here, right?]

Ahh... That's good... I wouldn't want someone else to lose their family to the chimneys... And maybe Santa Claus can safely do his job this year!

And speaking of presents, I have something for you and Lambda, Asbel. If the weather improves, why don't you stop by later to pick it up?

[He laughs.]

I'll take that much as a compliment.

[He actually sounds somewhat surprised by that. He hadn't been expecting Asbel to get him anything...]

Oh, are they friends of yours?

Yeah... For you. I already had to get a present for that Secret Santa project, so... I decided I should get something for you, too.

[Yay, she meant it as a compliment!]

So did you get any presents, mi– I mean, Richard? [Some habits die hard.]

[There's something so very intimate about that caress of Naoki's thumb against his cheek that makes his entire body warm with both love and desire. He swallows those groans as he kisses him back, muffling the sound with his tongue; he's trying to hold back from arching up and rubbing himself against Naoki, but at last that thin thread of remaining control just snaps and he's bucking, grinding himself on his boyfriend with a low moan that gets lost in that kiss.]

[Feeling him bucking and grinding like that, Naoki muffles a sound into Richard's mouth, though he has to pull away with a short pant for air after a few moments, lingering close enough that their breaths intermingle. He closes fingers around the bottle, uncaps it with slightly shaking hands and coats his fingers. The other hand he trails down over Richard's side and to his thigh, thumb rubbing circles over the skin.]

Open your legs wider...

[That's all the incentive Richard needs to spread them enough for Naoki to settle between them if he wants. The grin on his face is both teasing and seductive-- and then his own hand is sliding down between them to grasp at Naoki's hand and stop him before he can actually do anything. Oh no, he's got something else in mind...]

[Naoki does indeed settle between his legs, murmuring and shifting in close. He only pauses when Richard takes his hand. He blinks and lifts his head slightly to seek out his eyes.]

Richard?

Give me the bottle.

[He hopes he doesn't need to say anything more than that-- it should be obvious enough why he wants it.]

Ah...

[Naoki doesn't even hesitate (though he does swallow a bit) before handing it to him, a hand absentmindedly smoothing up and down over Richard's thigh.]

[With a smile, Richard adjusts his position against the pillows for a better angle and then coats his own fingers. Then, slowly, teasingly, he moves his slick hand back down, one finger just circling before pressing lightly against himself, breath catching in his throat as he does so.]

[Naoki shifts back just slightly, watching with widened eyes and licking his lips unconsciously. Heat spreads out from his stomach, gaze fixed on his hand as his palms continue stroking slowly over Richard's thighs.]

[There's a slight sound somewhere between a gasp and a whimper as he pushes that first finger in, but it quickly settles into a pleased moan once he gets it further in and begins to move it, slowly at first, then with increasing urgency. His other hand encircles himself to give a shaky stroke and he bites back another moan, hips giving a slight twitch upwards as he tries to focus on giving Naoki a bit of a show.

Isn't this much better, Naoki?]

[Naoki swallows thickly as he watches him, loving seeing the way Richard is moving, the sounds he's making, liking the knowledge that the other is doing this for him most of all. And he can't help but separate one of his hands from roaming over Richard's skin to move down to himself, biting down on his lip to hold back a sound as he strokes himself slowly, needing the relief, however slight.]

No, none yet, but my housemates are still asleep-- we haven't had the chance to exchange any gifts today. What about you?

[It's probably a good thing that Richard has his eyes closed right now or he'd likely get distracted by what Naoki is now doing. Instead, he's too focused on sliding his finger in and out to get himself ready... until his finger brushes right up against that spot on a push in and he's gasping and arching his back as he tries to find that spot again and apply more pressure where he needs it most. The hand that was stroking himself stills, then starts up again with firmer and rougher strokes than before. It's clear that this is going a long way towards helping him get ready.]

[Naoki can't help but to lean closer to him, as though to get a better look. A soft groan slips out of him before he can think about stopping it, both from watching and the movements of his hand over himself. His other hand slides slowly up Richard's stomach and chest, just to touch.]

Sleepyheads? [Though curling up in warm blankets sounds tempting...]

I only have the gifts I got from the Secret Santa exchange and from that thing in the plaza, but I really like them.

My housemates, yes. They've probably built snow forts before, so I'm sure they'd be able to help me with one.

[He laughs.]

I live with a pair of sleepyheads.

I wasn't thinking of those gifts, but if we're going to count them, then I've received two things already. I like them as well, even if they are a bit unusual.

... thank you. I'll be sure to treasure it, whatever it is. Just the fact that you thought to get me a gift makes me happy.
